About Viondo

These terms describe use of Viondo and this website, provided by Velykodnyi Oleksii, based in Dnipro, Ukraine, under the name Viondo App. Viondo is a media player for sources and files you choose. We do not provide television channels, films, subscriptions to content providers or rights to third-party content.

App license

The app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless a different license is supplied through the App Store. These terms provide additional information about Viondo and do not replace that license or mandatory consumer rights.

Your content and sources

Use only content you own or are authorized to access, and comply with applicable laws and your providers’ terms. You are responsible for the sources you add and for protecting their credentials. Third-party services control their own content, availability and access conditions. Viondo does not guarantee that every source, file format or protected video will play.

External displays and screen sharing

External playback depends on your iPhone, operating system, receiving display and system permissions. Features may be unavailable on some setups. Do not watch or operate video while driving. Use video only when lawful and safe, and follow all restrictions imposed by your vehicle and operating system.

Screen sharing may expose notifications, personal information and app audio. Check what is visible before starting and stop sharing when finished. Protected content may be blocked. We do not guarantee compatibility with every car or app, or uninterrupted and synchronized mirroring.

Purchases and subscriptions

Available plans, benefits, trial offers and prices are shown in the app and Apple’s purchase confirmation before you pay. Apple processes purchases and charges the Apple account used to confirm them. Weekly and annual plans are recurring subscriptions; a lifetime plan is a one-time purchase. Availability and pricing may vary by region. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled under the terms shown at purchase. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it. A one-time purchase does not renew automatically. If a free trial is offered, its duration and subsequent price are shown before confirmation; cancel before it ends if you do not want the paid subscription to begin.

Restore eligible purchases using the same Apple account. Refund requests are handled through Apple’s refund service, subject to Apple’s terms and applicable law. These terms do not reduce any statutory refund rights.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains local storage, service connections, app analytics, purchases and support messages. Do not send passwords or private media-source URLs to support.

Availability and responsibility

Updates, network conditions, platform changes and third-party services may affect features or playback. Keep your own copies of important media. Warranty, liability and license conditions are set out in the applicable app license and law. Nothing on this website excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. We will provide any additional notice required by law. Changes do not remove rights already granted by law or the terms of an existing purchase. For support or questions, email support@viondo.app.
